Enrollment
How to join the program
Enrollment is open to students currently registered at participating home universities. Admission is managed at the discretion of designated faculty or program coordinators at each institution.
1. Confirm your eligibility
You must be currently enrolled as a student at a recognised university. The program is primarily designed for graduate students; final-year undergraduates may also be considered.
2. Be nominated by a faculty member
Your application must be supported by a faculty member or professor from your home university who will follow your participation.
3. Commit to the full 14-week program
Attend all conferences and complete the assignments in Stage 1, accept the role assigned in Stage 2, attend the full in-person week in Paris–Versailles (Stage 3), and join the reflection conference on April 24 (Stage 4).
4. Plan your travel
There are no tuition fees attached to the program. Participating students — with support from their universities and sponsorships — cover plane tickets, food and public transportation for the Paris–Versailles week.
Frequently
- All activities and communications are conducted in English. If your English level does not yet allow you to negotiate and participate effectively, we recommend applying in the following academic year (n+1).
- The program is open to all fields of study.
- If you are not currently enrolled at a recognised university, you are not eligible to apply.
The certificate of attendance is delivered after completion of the program, provided all requirements are met (conferences, assignments, in-person attendance, reflection conference).
