Stage 1 · Online preparation
Weekly Zoom conferences (12 pm–2 pm EST / 18:00–20:00 CET) and the related assignments form the common course shared by all participants.

February 16 – March 21, 2026
Stage 2 · Role assignment & team prep
Each pair is assigned a role (national delegation, journalist, lobbyist) and prepares its position with the support of mentors and faculty.

March 22 – 27, 2026
Stage 3 · In-person Paris–Versailles week
Sunday March 22 — international arrivals. Monday March 23 — negotiation exercises 9 am–1 pm + afternoon team activities. Tuesday March 24 — negotiation exercises 9 am–1 pm. Wednesday March 25 — the ACTION-DAY 8:30 am–6 pm. Thursday March 26 — Symposium. Friday March 27 — wrap-up.

Stage 4 · Reflection & insights
Final Zoom conference: reflections, peer feedback and certificates of attendance.
To enrol in this program, students must accept the assigned role, attend the conferences and the virtual/in-person events, and turn in the assignments on time — these are preliminary conditions for receiving the certificate of attendance or validating the exercise as an independent study course.
